Custy was born of a simple conviction: insurance and brokerage professionals deserve tools that match the complexity of their business. We have carried this conviction for more than three decades.

1990s – The foundations
Custy was founded with a clear ambition: to design business software specifically for brokerage and insurance players. At a time when document management still relied largely on paper, our first solutions laid the foundations for centralised, structured business management.

2000s – Sector roots
The insurance sector became more structured and regulatory requirements intensified. Custy supported this change by developing compliance, reporting and policy administration features that became benchmarks for brokerage firms. Our knowledge of the field deepened. So did our offering.

2010s – The SaaS shift
The sector’s digital transformation accelerated. Custy anticipated this movement and chose SaaS: an accessible, scalable platform, continuously maintained, with no infrastructure constraints for our clients. This technological turning point strengthened our ability to support organisations of all sizes, from independent firms to large insurers.

2020 and beyond – Expansion
This period was marked by the internationalisation of our presence, the extension of our range of solutions and the deepening of our regulatory expertise. Custy has gradually established itself as a reference player beyond France’s borders, with an established presence in the Benelux.

Today – The merger with Bel Air Informatique
The integration of Bel Air Informatique marks a major strategic milestone in Custy’s history. This merger strengthens our technological base, broadens our capacity for innovation and consolidates our position in the European insurance market. It is not a break: it is an acceleration. The same values, an amplified ambition.
